Property Search

With hundreds of properties to choose from, finding the right property fast is a must. Search using the website by property type, bedrooms and cost per room. If you still can’t decide give us a call or pop in to the office and we’ll help you find just what you are looking for.

Viewings

We’ll take you to see the properties of your choice at a time to suit you. We try to arrange more than one accompanied viewing at a time for maximum convenience.

Letting the Property

Upon viewing a property you will be given the relevant application forms and information. You and your Guarantor will be required to fill out and return the completed forms to us along with the £250.00 summer retainer fee. The deposit of £250.00 will be paid on the first day of the tenancy in August along with the deposit protection fee of £30.00.

When you come to our office you will need to provide photographic ID and be prepared to complete information about yourself and your Guarantor. We will need your Guarantors National Insurance number, current address and also employer details.

Once the above is completed, it will reserve a home for 7 days only. To secure it, you and everyone in your group will need to complete all of the tenancy paperwork:

A tenancy agreement will then be produced for you and all members of your group to come in to our office and sign. Once this has been signed you can take the agreement away to be signed by your individual Guarantors. All tenancy agreements have to be signed and returned to our office within 7 days or the property will be re-marketed and £100.00 of the £250.00 will be retained for administration costs. Only when all agreements are signed and returned to our office will you have signed a legally binding document entitling you to move in to the property.
