Lettings Negotiator
Salary negotiable
Ormskirk, Lancashire
A busy and expanding Estate Agency is looking for a driven Lettings Negotiator for their office in Ormskirk.
The successful Lettings Negotiator will be expected to:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify client requirements and match to property portfolio
- Negotiate successful lettings between Landlords and Tenants
- Manage time effectively to ensure appointments and activity levels are maximised
- Attract new clients via market appraisals
The ideal Lettings Negotiator will need to have previous lettings and customer service experience, be motivated and enthusiastic, display high standards of service and presentation and have good organisational skills. Candidates must hold a full driving licence. Experience in the student lettings industry would be beneficial but not essential for the role.
You will also be expected to work 1 in 3 Saturdays with time accrued in lieu.
