Taylor Wimpey has been given the go-ahead by West Lancashire Borough Council to build more new homes at Delph Green in Burscough, on the popular Heathfields Estate.

Planning permission was granted in September for the construction of 31 new homes to complement the current development, which will include a range of three and four bedroom family homes, 5 of which will be affordable housing.
