Please can I take time out and offer my constructive feedback that I hope you pass on to your Team.

I first placed my house on the market in 2010 and have dealt with three other estate agents, to me estate agents are stuck in the past, the only major change is the internet in the last thirty years and the only thing all these estate agents have changed is that they have placed their properties on websites such as right move and Zoopla, in other words I found them lazy and stuck in their ways.

Then I choose you guys, and my god the difference was so refreshing, considering you have just dealt with rental properties since start up, your Team’s professionalism and hard work was brilliant. First impressions where good, young talented people who worked hard on your behalf. The plush office and the great informative website, I felt that you are changing the way estate agencies should be, keeping up with technology and not just answering calls and arranging viewings. So no surprise that you sold my property!!!!

To be honest the price you charged made me swap estate agents was £750, but after dealing with you guys I would have paid a hell of a lot more! It was the best £750 I have spent.

A special shout out to Rachael and Natasha who always called me back when required and kept me up to date and worked so hard on my behalf, they really are a credit to your company.

Please carry on being different and innovative, and never get lazy, your company is the way forward for estate agents, I truly belief that you will be the biggest and best estate agency in the region.

One negative bit of feedback, I never got a beer out of your fridge in your Ormskirk office!!!!!! Maybe next time.
