Growing property company NSW Properties, based in Ormskirk, has launched a Rewards Card for its customers which offers discounts on products and services provided by other local businesses. The NSW Reward Card is given free to customers in all areas of NSW’s business, residential sales, lettings and commercial property and so far over 20 companies have signed up to offer substantial discounts. These include local independent businesses like Prestige Flooring, Scoozi, The Cricketers, Ormskirk Van Hire, along with local franchise Domino’s which is offering up to a 50% discount on pizzas.
Neil Warnock, Managing Director of NSW Properties, who lives in Ormskirk, says, “At NSW Properties we recognise that repeat custom is the lifeblood of our business and we want to recognise and reward it. We all like a deal and to know that we are supporting local businesses so we decided that working with like-minded businesses in the Ormskirk area, we would give our customers something back.”
The NSW Rewards card is open to any customer who buys, sells, lets or rents a property through the company.
Cobble Coffee on Church Street is one of the businesses offering a discount, Richard Rothwell from the café says, “We want to support other small independent businesses like ourselves and by working together we can offer local people an incentive to shop or buy locally, helping keep Ormskirk town centre thriving. We are offering a 10% discount off food and drink and take up is increasing every week since the Rewards Card was launched at the start of the year.”
